昨天才phone interview完，今天早上就接到osu的信，感觉像是录取，但是信里又说什么recommend 录取什么的。搞不清楚了。部分原文如下，请各位帮我看看

We are pleased to recommend to the Ohio State University Graduate School that you be admitted into the Fisher College of Business Master of Accounting (MAcc) program for Autumn 2005. Your formal notice of admission will be sent from the Ohio State University Admissions Office upon completion of the financial review process (see below).

You will be joining a select group of highly competitive students and will find yourself being challenged in constructive ways by both your peers and our faculty as you continue to develop the technical, analytical and conceptual skills necessary to build a foundation for a successful career.

之后几段就在说什么不能提供奖学金之类的

还有，那个financial review process 是什么意思啊？我看了半天也不太明白

但是干嘛要说recommend to the Ohio State University Graduate School that you be admitted啊？我是不太懂啦，可是Ohio State University Graduate School 有没有可能不通过学院的recommendation呢？

录取你的是你申请的系，给你发offer 的是商学院招生办公室，不过系了要你了，学院发信只是个手续问题。你去定了啊。

谢谢大家啊，这样我就放心了。但是信上明确说了，不能提供给我merit-based financial aid,我还可以争取money吗？如果没有financial aid,签证很困难啊

恭喜恭喜啦,FINANCIAL REVIEW PROCESS可能是指提供资金证明,给你发I-20吧
