I think that with a GMAT of 650 all of those schools you mentioned should be possible, as that's a preeeeetty good GMAT score for those schools. There are for sure other excellent schools out there, and you should think about which places fit your goals and have strengths in your industry, to start with.

thank U but I am not sure that I could get the admission, because the overseas affairs service agency said that my IELTS score is low compared with other applicants
