MSU的msa需要寄送成绩单原件吗？求回答！

我在MSU的admission上看到The application is strictly on-line and we will not accept any documents sent to the department. Any documents received will not be considered as part of your application. 但是在申请的时候发现Applicants to the Broad Graduate School of Management are required to provide official transcripts from all degree-granting colleges and/or universities. Request your transcripts from your college and/or university registrar's office.

到底需不需要寄送成绩单原件呢？？？
