Which of the following would you change to improve your health: 1. The kind of food you eat 2. The amount of exercise 3. The amount of stress.
In such a fast-pace society, all kinds of people are facing health problems more or less. Different people may have different opinions to cope with their health problems, to enhance each life's quality. Some people tend to choose changing their food style, some people hold the views that their pressure on the shouder is too much, they need to find a way to release it. As far as I am concerned, I'm in favour of modifying my amount of exercise to get a better life.
First of all, I will increase the amount of my exercises everyday. Honestly speaking, I'm encountering weight problem, or in another short saying, I'm so fat. So I have to lose my weight otherwise many diseases will come to me. Before I only went out for jogging sometimes near my community. However, it seems the amount of jogging is not enough, 2 kilometre per day. The weight problem still annoys me. From now on, I decide to increase the jogging distance from 2 kilometres per day to 5 kilometres per day. Hopefully I can insist on it.
Another aspect I can change in the exercise is that I can try other kinds of exercises instead of only jogging everyday, like badminton, basketball, table tennis. The diversity of sport makes me feel better, and there are more fun for me to experience different sport. Furthermore, changing the sport kinds is good way to motivate me to keep exercising. Keeping a good habbit is the most important thing.
What is more, I will invite some of my friends to join my exercises. Like I mentioned above, I'm going to play badminton, basketball, the group sport instead of individual jogging any more. There is another reason for me why I can keep exercises everyday lies in that it will give me more fun and laugh to spend the time with my friends playing sports. I have to say that in the past I felt so lonely to jogging alone. I even stopped jogging for many times due to such uncomfortable reason. In the future, I have strong faith that I can have a better life and get rid of weight problem.
To sum up, the three reasons I listed above, increasing the amount of exercise, trying other kinds of exercises, inviting friends to join my new exercises would guarantee that I can improve my health ultimately.
