关于范德堡大学的托福waiver~

本人gmat750 有前辈知道这个如果过了90%真的可以不交么= = 或者是有要申请的小伙伴们知道这个么我刚刚看到的本来已打算拖到第二轮在刷下托福现在这情况该怎么办求支招下面是从官网的FAQs粘的。Is there a way for international students to waive the TOEFL or IELTS?You may contact our office to request a TOEFL waiver if you (1) have earned an undergraduate degree in a country where the official language is English (not just an English-speaking institution) or (2) have lived and worked in an English-speaking country for the past two or more years. A waiver is automatically granted if a candidate scores in the 90 percentile or higher on the verbal component of the GMAT or GRE.
