为什么强调句型在这里用不了呢，什么叫good reason？

你问a选项为什么不对？前半句平行结构有问题，后半句单复数不对啊，不是强调句型的问题吧

我看了解释了，我理解是这样的，他说后半句的it is x that does y,是强调x这个原因，那么应该有另一个原因跟他比较时候才好用，后半句将核电厂固定资产投资高造成发电贵，那么good reason 应该是：而不是z原因导致发电贵
这里的前半句则是：核电厂和其他电厂运营费相同
原题前半句和后半句是顺承关系，而强调句型应该是转折关系，即“不是。。造成的，而是。。。造成的”
用了强调，讲不通
奇怪，明明是语法题

AB选项一比较就知道A选项中的makes不应该使用第三人称单数因为它的先行逻辑主语是costs，把A扔掉。C选项第一个逗号断句之后，我不知道为什么突然要强调句，其实A也同样有这个问题，第一个转折句出来之后只是提供背景，后面完全可以像B选项那样直接用普通的陈述句来说，这样反而正常，而强调句强调的没有道理，又不是在一堆混淆的事物中找出关键的那一个，D选项第二个句子的they的指代可能产生歧义，扔掉。E选项没有什么硬伤，但就是好好的话要反过来说，没有B好。选B。

good reason：it is that只能用在强调that后面从句的动作发出者时用。
此句当中并不需要。且作为参考：gmat当中普遍将it is 。。。that结构认为redundant。
其实解析选项前的那段话就说明了这个good reason，大N们普遍认为选项解析前的那段话才是重点，不可忽略。

可以把A句翻译成：as other types of power plants, the costs to run a nuclear power plants are the same.这里很明显就看出把other types of pp和 the costs进行类比，不同类，错误。

个人拙见，希望有用：
1）首先本题中有个转折关系（无论是while, even though，还是whereas的运用）
2）既然是转折，转折也是平行关系中的一种（我指的是逻辑上的平行），也要求转折前后的对象起码是对应的

本题中前半句比较核电厂和其他电厂的运营费用，并没有对任何对象的强调，仅仅是比较两者的费用的高低，所以如果是表转折，后半句也应该仅仅是比较而已，不应该出现强调。举个中文例子来说明这个逻辑关系，
1）后半句强调某个对象：张三的工资比李四高，但是李四才是更勤奋的人。 -----> make no sense, 前半句比工资呢，后半句强调李四勤奋，这有转折关系吗？
2）后半句也是比较关系：张三的公司比李四高，但是李四更加勤奋。 -----> make sense 前半句比工资，后半句比谁跟勤奋，更勤奋的人工资却不比别人高，这才是合乎逻辑的转折关系
