Hey there
You are starting to plan for your MBA seemingly a year after graduating from University I'm assuming. Since you're looking to go abroad for your MBA, your TOEFL and GMAT scores will be significant in showcasing your academic capability since most universities abroad do not have any understanding of how good most universities in China are. Also, it's great that you have published several papers. They may not be as relevant for a business school application though, since MBA programs are seeking candidates who have had significant post-university working experiences. So let's think of these as a backup plan, but definitely include these on your CV.
I really have very little information to work off of regarding your work experience. So here is my advice. What you really need to focus on is making a difference at work. What is your role? Have you taken on any important initiatives that have helped your company/division/team in any way? Look for opportunities where you can take on a leadership role, even if it's outside of your normal area of responsibilities. Adcoms abroad are looking for applicants that constantly demonstrate the need and desire to improve the environment around them.
Additionally, are you involved in extracurricular activities where you are again taking on a leadership role? If so, great! If not, get involved in something you love. Adcoms want to see applicants who possess diverse interests.
Finally, understanding what career you are looking for after graduating from an MBA program is critical. This will help you identify the relevant MBA programs that are the best fit for you.
Once we have the above resolved, we can focus on identifying relevant MBA programs. Hope this helped.
