that 是从句，后面at the center of ...and of ...意思是black hole 在Milky Way 的center和other galaxies的center 中。

不过从句子意思来讲,即在Milky Way中心，又在other galaxies中心。两个中心（测得这么准？），看起来心理毛毛的。
搞得black Hole，Milky way，galaxies都是些什么啊。
看来对知识背景的了解，对解题还是有很大帮助的阿。

原来是个老贴被lz翻出来了。这里的a black hole应该是泛指而不是特指，就是所有的星系中心都有一个黑洞的意思，不是指同一个黑洞。不要被这种玄乎的东西吓到了，只要抓句子结构就能做对了。
