1.OG说having是修饰[the structure]的，而with是修饰[eye]的，为什么呢？with一定就近修饰么？不是说with指代主语吗？为何E中with偏偏就指代eye呢？？

这个问题是这样的:

从语义来考虑，这句话想表达的是，compound insect eye“ 有” hundreds of miniature eyes called ommatidia
HAVE & WITH 都可以表达拥有
但是having一般都是修饰主语（一般comma+Ving的结构，Ving修饰主语）
而with的结构更为灵活,可以修饰compound insect eye,符合题目语义
~所以这道题选E
