题目中the early 1930s'用完成时态,那么in 1930s'在the early 1930s'之后发生,那么肯定不用完成时了。

可是我觉得，in 1930s'应该包括the early 1930s'这个时间段吧。

C 不正确。这是比较中的时间状语的比较，加上they had多余了。
