答案选C 但是E错哪里了呢？
E中 it 不能指代 the influence 么？

(1)在P这个地方，没有哪能比它的政府建筑体现的现代欧洲建筑风格的更明显。也就是说这里面的比较对象是：Nowhere与its government buildings的比较
(2)a.E的话改变了句子的意思，原文要的是“A比B明显”，E改成了“A与B一样明显”；
b.而且it指代的是the influence，使得后面的要指代Prakta的Its，跟着指代了the influence；
(3)正常语序：The influence of modern European architecture is nowhere in Prakta more apparent than in its government buildings.
