答案选E。对答案本身没什么问题，但是很不理解为什么D不对呢？其实我觉得D更好啊，Politicians rarely have any artistic talent，不正是结论artistic talent and political insight are rarely found together的转述吗？难道是Politicians和political insight  不同？

请指教！

I think there is a scope shift from political insight to politicians for answer D, does it ever say that political insight is necessary to being a politician?  the answer is obvious.
