求助！大家有在欧洲/德国签F1签证的么？来不及回国申请！

亲们，lz是德国本，去年11月毕业，毕业后一直在德国实习，这个月底实习结束。现在被Duke商学院录取了读Master，目前在办理I20.但是在德国还有很多事情要处理，包括工作的Take over,搬家，卖家具，出租房子，一时走不开，可能要到5月底才可以离开德国。
7月初开学，想6月中去。计划下个月中一那到I20就去签，来不及回国申请，就要在德国申请。。。

美国驻德国领事馆说可以在德，但是比在永久居住地签困难。。。

看到貌似美国好多拒签都没什么理由的，好恐怖，。。。。
