$350/month,WPI student sublease from April 30 to August 5

Hi there,

I'm a graduate student at WPI, I will be out of town from 4/30/13 to 8/5/13. I'd like to sublease my room/apartment during this time. If you still want to live here after August 5, we can discuss it.

It's 10 walk mins to WPI, 10 mins walk to Price Chopper (grocery), 15 mins walk to highland(restaurants, ATM, etc.), and 20 mins walk to Worcester Art Museum. All the neighbors are teachers/students at WPI or have full-time jobs.
THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC!!

The apartment is FULLED FURNITURED, you not only have bed, desk, lights, but also have washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and everything. You have you OWN bedroom, and you are gonna share living room, kitchen and bathroom with 0-3 people (all of them are students at WPI).

The utilities fees in summer are quite cheap, about $50--$100 in total.

NO DEPOSIT IS NEEDED! But you have to give me $1,050 (3 months) once since I will leave town the whole time.
