A意思不对。就相当于Thule文物的相似处可以被解释为一种快速迁移。【相似处是迁移】
其实应该是对这么显著的相似处的一种可能的解释是，这里有迁移。

关于B选项前面这个修饰语还有些疑惑，being前面的 Thule artifacts 在语法结构上是做什么的，暗示了什么。这个可以把这个Thule artifacts being remarkably similar throughout a vast region当initial modifier来看到吗？ Being在这里到底是什么性质？

我很想问下C，THAT 引导了一个主语从句，所以is是对的呀，that引导的主语从句表示一个事，这个事被解释为后面的内容，怎么不对了呢？避免了A中similarity 与 movement 错。

explained by 比较好理解，有因果关系

og里指出 that和is 的错误，
我也觉的在语法上是对的。
但是这里和 a的错误一样， explained as 我认为替换成explained by更好表达两者的；联系

此处主要是explainable as的问题，短语使用不当。be explainable as 的意思里有与什么相同的意思，此处应为因果关系。可用其他词代替，比如be explained by，或者改成D,更加清楚。

此种语义细节的辨析还是需要细致体会的。
