我觉得是 an effort for 15 years that has subjected the interactions 这个有指代不清的嫌疑，15 years放在that前面会使得that has subjected the interactions修饰对象模糊，不知道是effort 还是 years。 而a 15-year effort to subject the interactions就没有这个问题，所以选E。
