白勇：状语从句不能修饰介词短语？

63页第19题的解释，没看懂什么意思。。。

答案是C，书上说D,E中although状语从句修饰介词短语with stationary crests and troughs 错，那C中不也是这样么？

MM得把题目贴出来，最好把白勇说的话，还有你自己的理解都写清楚，大家才知道你问的是什么

个人感觉是：C中“the air that forms them is moving rapidly”修饰补充的是“that remain stationary" 而不是“with crests and troughs"

    而DE中"although..."都是直接修饰“with stationary crests and troughs"的

不知道对不对，嘿嘿

我觉得应该是这样：crests and trough在这里是作为一个整体的，白勇的解释应该有问题，CE皆是违反了他的状语从句不能修饰介词短语的理论，因为C中的状从和介短是作为修饰crests and trough的

这样想更容易理解——C的although才能体现让步，C强调了remain stationary尽管空气移动速度很快

                                   而E的不行，整个插入语中没有对比的意味although句子的表述只是对crests and trough的又  一特性描述，没有对比意味。
