求各位大神解读Manhattan 一道题，习惯用法还是避免歧义？

Manhattan第四版 P60习题 Dr.Crock's claims [have been not corroborated]by other scientists or published in a prestigious journal but have nonetheless garnered a great deal of attention from the public.
答案中的not的位置错误，应当改为have not been,想请教一下换not的位置是习惯用法呢？还是保持平行避免歧义呢？

Dr.Crock's claims have not been corroborated by ... but have nonetheless granted.... 其实这是一种not...but...的一个用法：not +助动词（have， be）或者连系动词(be)， but后面跟完整的谓语结构。

not通常是放在helping verbs（do/be/have）/modal helping verbs（can/may etc.）正後方。
比如說，the flower was not watered by Jim.//i have not been the ABC Park.
