推荐人离开了原来的公司怎么办？

我的推荐人现在已经离开了我工作的公司，而很多学校需要用Letterhead的纸打印推荐信，这种情况应该怎么办呢？可以让推荐人用他现在公司的letterhead paper吗？谢谢！

没关系的，如果他有原来的名片，可以在信里夹上。

It's not mandartory to enclose a business card or print the recommendation letter on company letterhead. But it will be better if you at least provide some way for the school to check the recommender's position with the previous company. Examples are a phone number of the HR department or a current employee there. And the recommender will need to mention that s/he has left.

Schools don't have the resources to check each recommender's background, however, they might do so if they sense something unusual in the letter.

Actually I don't think it's really a matter whether your recommender is still in your current company. One of my recommenders had left my company for half a year at the time I applied for schools. He actually put his information of his new company in the letter, as his current position(better position than before), current address etc. And we didn't use the letterhead paper. As long as everything is true, it will be Ok. It is totally understandable that people are changing jobs. But do remember to provide a way for school to contact your recommender, better with both e-mail and phone number.
