just determine which part should be parallel and eliminate other choices with faulty or non-existent parallelim you see the contrast present in the sentence 1. the protest from those waste-disposal companies just brain-strom a while what should there be a protest？ for what？there muse be something bad ，at least for those company what？measures of .... as well as the publish .... these two things are actually hurting those companies
