3. Educational institutions have a responsibility todissuade students from pursuing fields of study in which they are unlikely tosucceed.
Educational institutionshave possessed the comprehensive way to cultivate students with the rapiddevelopment of education theoretically and pragmatically. Assistance to studentfor working certain area in which they are suitable is significant to everymentor and educator. An emergingperspective toward how to instruct a student is that dissuading students frompursuing fields of study in which they are probably difficult to be successful.
Admittedly, this standpoint has exact meaning to some point. Byproviding advice, students could ward off consuming large amount of energy intheir vulnerable subjects. Advising a student, whoalways got A in science courses and failed in anthropology, to renounceanthropology would be a sensible recommendation.Furthermore, this kind of appropriate suggestion conforms to the central ideathat education institution should cultivate talents for society. It will makestudents focus their energy on their strong area by supporting them to abandonfields of research in which they are impossible to have result.
However, Even though scholars already have breakthrough inpedagogy, it is difficult to provide a criterion for determining which subjectsstudents are unlikely to succeed. Every theory or invention which looks commontoday may also experience misunderstanding and discouragement. If Copernicus did not insist on heliocentric theory because ofthe world of negation, we hardly truly understand the solar system, let aloneexploring and observing the cosmos. Moreover, inappropriate dissuasions instigate conflicting opposing fromstudents rather than blind deference. A researchexecuted by University of Cambridge have proved that when students are absorbedin some subject in which they interested, almost 65 percent of adolescents arereluctant to obey other’s suggestion, no matter whether they would discover orcreate important result or not.
What is more important is that in every phase of education, the dissuasionlike the statement suggested is hardly be described as applicable. In primary school, students have the possession of the right ofcomprehensive learning. When arriving at college, students also have liberty tochoose the subject attracting them. Noright do Educational institution have to deprive these licenses of student in thatthey are part of Educational Act. Instead of discouragement to something seeminglyfutile, positive encouragement and valid instruction are beneficial to studentswhenever they are confronted with difficulty. How to assist student to realizethey dream in expense of least price is what deserve educators attempt. To some extent, human being is similar to a moth to a flame. Scientificdevelopment and societal improvement is the process of exploring even thoughthe flame in front of us. We may end up with cinder, but every failure is astep to success.
Insummary, in general my standpoint is that judging from different condition of astudent, educator should adopt different practice. If a student really iscaptivated by literature, despite of clumsy description and unorthodox writingstyle, the passion of writing can not be extinguished. Educational institution hasno obligation and right to frustrate student who choose the occupation in whichthey involve.

第二点你应当局限在本文的话题范围内,那就是教育机构能否断定某个领域是否能成功。不要扯远了。
LZ还是列一个严谨点的有逻辑性的提纲吧

嗯,正文提纲应该如下:1.正,a.教育机构的确应该适当地为学生提供建议,以免浪费过多的时间在不重要的科目上
         b.同时这种做法也符合了为社会培养特定领域人才的中心思想。
