这题是assumption题。答案必须正确的解释文中的现象！E不太合适，没有解释文中的现象是为什么。

重点关注so的前后句，这是推理的体现，前后句中分别把apply和migration联系起来，因此只需要弥补差异，给出中间过程即可，只有D是把这两者联系起来的···
