Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: People who go outside are more successful and happier than people who stay in villages.

People who go outside nowadays are regarded as success for the simple reason that they make more money and have higher society reputation compared to those who live in villages. However, such is human nature, that a great many of people who are living under illusion that city life is undoubtedly superior to village life sacrifice leisure time and the so-called occupational career for the privilege of becoming an outsider. To my standpoint, people who live in the village are more successful and happier than those who go outside.
First of all, it goes without saying that life in the village suffers less pressure. Nothing can be more impressive than the clean atmosphere, beautiful mountains, torrent streams and the closeness to nature when living in the village, compared to the impression of piles of folders and deadlines in offices in big cities. Take my best friend Victor for example, who lives in the countryside and gives up working in a national company with high salaries as a result of more time and less pressure. He was forever mentioning his rigors boss who scolded him often and his uncompleted work which demanded him staying late every day in the past days, but now articles and poetry  are more likely to be talked about when he chooses the village and the new occupation –writer. Consequently, village serves your soul well according to less pressure.
Also playing an important part is real success. Living in villages provides people more opportunities to explore what on earth is the real careers avoiding modern society’s influence. The abilities of earning money and getting high social status are normally regarded as work careers in civilized society, so it appears that people in the village are outsiders who lack living ambitions and vocational goals. Nor are people in villages without real careers. Writers, for instance my friend, devoted themselves deeply to compose without noises; farmers, occupying most of the population of villages, focus on how to grow more rice each year by making use of new technology. Dreams have nothing to do with specific areas or environments, but in fact they are rooted in our hearts. That’s why I believe living in villages lead us to seek for our real careers.
Admittedly, life in the city is convenience with supermarkets everywhere and easily accessible transportation. Just as coins have two sides, life in villages is not always wonderful, and to cover the shortages villagers may drive to cities and buy a lot once.
As far as I am concerned, life in the village is much happier and more successful when we take the view to scan the whole picture. Despite the merits of life outside, living in villages takes advantages of enjoying more leisure time and searching for real success.
