I will test Toefl next Monday because some people say the subject of exam could be change in 9/20 I am not sure, you can make decision by yourself. Good luck for our both~~~
Any workday would be fine. Make sure that you call between their workign hours. Usually you have to be put on hold for a while, because majority of the time, most of the staff are busy answering the phones. Be patient and good luck.
