They send that email every year, it seems that their secretary in PHD office is lazy and mean.

Yes, it is still very early, most schools just start(if they start...)

We are writing to inform you that all 2012 applications are currently
under review. When admissions decisions are complete, notification will
be online. When a decision on your application is available to be
viewed, you will receive an email stating such, along with a link for
accessing your information.

Please do not contact the MIT Sloan PhD Program for updates on your
status, as all applications are currently under review, and decisions
will be accessible online as soon as they are available. Also, we ask
that you keep your profile email address in your account record
current, so that we are able to contact you.

Many applicants have written to update their fall term grades on their
transcripts, but we are unable to make changes to your applications at
this late date. If the faculty are interested in your application, you
will at that time be required to submit an updated transcript to our
office.

For those of you who have requested that ETS send us your TOEFL score
report, but see that we have not yet received the report, please know
that we have had delays in receiving TOEFL scores; no further action is
required on your part. We have requested a new school code from ETS to
expedite receipt of reports in the future.
