An amazing place in champaign for sublease from June 1st. to August 12th. Two month and a half lease just for two month fee! Really good location. very close to everything.10 mins walk to union and business school. 5mins walk to ARC(Gym). Also convinient to busline 22 stop. It takes you everywhere.
It's 2bedroom unit,one bathroom. I have one bedroom and another one might be vacant cuz my roommate go back to home country during that period.

Free gas (usually $40 per month)
Free water (usually $35 per month)
Free indoor parking(I have paid it for $75 per month)
Fully furnished, including dishwasher, microwave Large refrigerator
