If you are adcom@Yale, would you recruit someone who are either too lazy to do the due diligence and research SOM or too stupid to dig valuable information out, or would you rather pick one of the 500 other candidates who show both great intelligence and enormous passion about Yale.
Hello my friend. Yes, we have many friends whom we worked with last year who are now going to Yale. Shoot us an email and we can put you in touch of course. Yale is known for non-profit work. Now, while their specialty is NGO stuff, they have a GREAT reputation abroad. Most people in China, for example, do not realize that Yale’s business school is not nearly as good (or hard to get into) as its other programs. So for that reason, it is a GREAT option for folks from China, even those who are NOT necessarily committed to careers in non profit management. Hope this helps, and good luck!
Thanks so much Jon. I'll definitely drop you an email, and millions of thanks in advance.
BTW windmaple, I might have little information about Yale or some other schools, so that I sought help from CD where we enjoy sharing and asking information. I don't think if I am not familiar with some school, then I just should shut up and get away. Be generous, we all need others' help on our way to B-School, even it might seem stupid...
