1）问题问的是什么？to focus ？？

The advertiser equivocally said "it contains 44 percent fiber", the actual meaning of this ads is "of the various ingredients contained in one pill, 44% are fiber and 56% are other ingredient, for example, starch, protein,etc. But on reading this instruction, many people would think that the pill contains 44% of the fiber a person needed daily, that is, if we take 2 pills a day, we roughly meet the requirement of a healthy diet.

However, according to E, it is far from meet the requirement. So the ads is deliberately misleading. Their focus on "percent" is meaningless.
