菜鸟问题：成绩单，DIPLOMA咋准备

成绩单学校说可以提供中英文的，但从学校直接寄是个啥意思？学校不是只给个封口信封吗？
还有GPA时怎么算的？要写在成绩单上吗？
All applicants must arrange to have official transcripts sent directly to the Sauder School of Business MBA Programs Office by the home university. You are encouraged to have your transcripts sent to us as early as possible so that your file can be sent to the admissions committee; however, we do accept transcripts after the application deadline. Transcripts must be submitted from all universities or colleges which have been attended. Documents for all applicants must be received in envelopes which have been sealed and endorsed by the issuing institution.
