问一个很菜鸟的问题，大家表笑我~~~

今天在Manhattan上看到一句话“Earl walked to school,and later ate his lunch”，说是错的，and后要补出he~~我一直以为主谓相同即使用逗号隔开也是可以省略主谓的，不是这样么？求确认~~~

加了逗号表示两个句子并列，所以要求 and 后面是一个完整的句子，所以要补出 he

貌似是这样的，做这么久语法了居然一直不知道，危机啊~~~看manhattan原版SC真是好，才发现多得是，不知道的事~~~

我也在看曼哈顿哈~感觉很多很基础的东西都忘了，然后感觉这本书的视角貌似和以前学语法的角度不太一样

这个例子里面是“……，and then”，是不是跟then这个单词有关系才可以省略的？
