The bold way in which Maragaret Meed defined the terms ‘family’—based as much on choice as on biological relationship is possibly the most enduring of her legacies.

Ulysses S.Kay was among the United States composers visited the Soviet Union in 1958 to participate in a cultural exchange program.

Usually an atom having one ,two,or three electons in its valence band readily contributes electrons to and receive electrons from neighboring atoms.

Although e.e cummings studied art in Paris, but his writings attracted much more interest than his paintings.

term in stead of terms.

who visited ,  cannot omit who.

不过, and receive 应该改成and receives.

Although e.e cummings studied art in Paris, but his writings attracted much more interest than his paintings.

but 不要.
