求教大家一个问题，对于D选项，OG中有个解释说缺少了一个that,但是我觉得这里是个定语从句，that修饰的是recession，在句子中做宾语，应该是可以省略的呀，为什么OG说不能省略呢？

原句意思是增长的信心即经济将会规避年初大多数人所担心的衰退，而是一种“软着陆”随之而来的是商业活动的逐渐增加。
that 后面的句子是做recession的同位语的~~不能省略~

五、同位语从句与定语从句的区别。
1、同位语从句与前面的名词是同位关系，即说明它前面名词的内容；而定语从句与前面的名词是修饰与被修饰关系，即限定它前面的名词范围，或补充一些情况。如：

不好意思，我想问下，按照你的翻译，这里是年初大多数人所担心的衰退，年初大多数人所担心的是用来修饰衰退的，而并不是衰退的内容，如果后面是GDP FELL BY 40%这样的东西才应该是同位语吧，所以这应该是定语从句吧？

up...不是同位语从句，是同位语的话，去掉THAT，应该任然是个正确的句子。
我觉得D更好，反而A，为什么要用过去完成时？

可以用过去完成时、也可以用现在完成时，也可以用一般过去时。时态不是关键，不同的时态只是表达了不同的含义。
这个题OG的解释确实怪异，我猜，仅仅是我猜，加了that是为了更清晰滴防止“have feared”和"(have) come"并列的歧义。

这个时态我觉得很怪
主句是一般现在时时态的区分要表示事件发生的前后过程
照理说应该用现在完成时
怎么可能一下子跳跃到过去完成时呢？

至于时态的问题同意6#的说法唉~ 我觉得除了真的很明确的时态外，还是不要用时态来判断对错比较好
D选项的正确问题，之前有一个同学解释的很好
here u should use the past perfect tense based on the meaning.

recession that many had feared earlier in this year-->but at sometime, those people stopped fearing<also in the past>

这个说法肯定是不行的若是每道题都要这么推测的话那很多题本来是过去时或是现在完成时的都要变成过去完成时了
