求翻译！

Please note: Where the official language of the issuing institution is other than English or French, applicants must have the documents translated word-for-word by a licensed translator (e.g. World Education Services [WES]). The translation should then be validated by legal authorities in the home country. 除非其使用语言是英语或法语，发出文件的机构必须请一个有营业执照的翻译机构（比如WES）字字对应地翻译这些文件，然后被该机构所在国的官方证实。翻译过来的文件必须和源文件放在一块儿。as per above-mentioned requirements没有上下文不知道怎么翻。我猜就是不论成绩单还是在读证明，神马文件都得要字字翻译然后认证。

简单来说就是这个鬼学校很坑爹，他的要求比叫你让WES认证都麻烦
