可能是在做题时速度比较快的原因，看句子结构有点蒙，想问下句子结构是这样吗:groups are denouncing sth by teachers would be given the raise or bonuses if test scores show that their students’ mastery of reading skills has improved over … 对吗？
另外想问下should it be that为什么不对，好似没大见过这个点，所以不是很了。

should it be that是虚拟语气
if it should be that...的倒装，表示与将来事实相反

这里是if引导的条件状语从句，不是表虚拟
