请教已经得到Schulich offer的同学，关于推荐人表格的问题
在第二页打分的表格下面，要求填写一个comment：
Please comment on the above ratings, making any additional statements concerning the applicant's record, potential, interpersonal skills and other personal qualities.
(Please limit your answer to 30 lines. Text exceeding this limit will be dropped.)

然后在最后第三页，要求推荐人提交一个essay，要求如下：
Reference Questions and Comments
Please upload a document that addresses these questions about the applicant:
How long and under what circumstances have you known the applicant?
What do you consider to be the applicant's strengths?
What do you consider to be the applicant's weaknesses?
Please comment on the ratings made on the second page of this reference form. Also, please add any additional statements concerning the applicant's record, potential, interpersonal skills and other personal qualities.

这个essay的最后一点要求和第二页表格下放的要求，感觉上一摸一样。
请教各位大牛，这两个地方有什么地方要注意

急盼回复，在此先谢过。。。

另外，请教关于essay的第四篇optional essay用来申请$的，不写有没有问题啊，还有就是这个scholarship是多少？

comment是一定要写的，后面那个essay好像不是必须的，如果教授之前手里有现成的东西，那就直接上传就行了，我的当时记不清了，好像没什么太大的区别。。。申奖的那个可写可不写，不过写了总没什么坏处，我写了，但没奖。。。还是问问有奖的人能拿到多少吧

难道直接将第二页上的comment直接贴回去？我的推荐人很困惑。。。。

印象中我的推荐人当时是在comment中捡着重点的说，然后整体的essay在后面上传。
