I have two questions:
1st,
I need proxies for industrial competition level,usually the concentration level for each industry,such as HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index).
2nd,
Where can I find information about each firm's products ( descreption) and annual sales data for each product of the firm?
I guess these maybe available in some economic or business concesus databases, but it seems I need to upload proposal which I don't have. Meanwhile , it seems only the HHI for manufacturing industry is available. I wonder is there any easier way to get it or if anyone has try this before?
