OG对于D的解释说injured必须被动~~可是injured three times 不可以理解成插入语么？－ｅｄ本身就表示被动了啊～～

插入语应该紧跟他修饰的名词吧。。

首先，也就是这道题的重点，就是平行，没有了was，三个本应并列的成分就平行不了，其次，修饰与应尽量紧跟所修饰名词。
