除了推荐信，成绩单，还需要寄哪些form之类的过去呢，之前没有下载到需要的form，现在都记不起需要哪些了，申过的筒子们帮个忙撒~~~

The requirements for all Lubin School of Business programs are as follows:
1.Application
2.Application Fee
3.Resume
4.Personal Statement
5.2 Letters of Recommendation
6.Official Transcripts from all schools attended (our preferred GPA is 3.0)
7.GMAT (our minimum score is 510 with an average score of 570)
8.TOEFL (only applicable to International students)
9.Bank Statement and proof of income(only applicable to International students)
10.Financial Affidavit (only applicable to International students)
11.Copy of your passport or national ID card (from all international students only)
