========================
Dear Accepted Student, Welcome to the McCallum Graduate School community of students. We are very pleased that you have decided to work with us to achieve your educational goals. The purpose of this email is to furnish you with important information you will need as you prepare to begin your graduate studies at Bentley University. ? Bentley University does not require official transcripts to make an admission decision. However, if your decision was made with unofficial or scanned copies of your transcripts, please remember that official documents must be submitted to the Office of Graduate Admission to complete your file. It is in your best interest to take care of this during your first semester at Bentley. If your student file remains incomplete past your first semester, you will not be able to register for future semesters and your offer of admission may be withdrawn. ? In your accept letter you were encouraged to schedule an advising appointment with the director of the program to which you have been admitted. Before your appointment, you should download and print a copy of the Program Guide for your program and bring it with you to the advising appointment for reference. Click on the words Program Guide to access this information. ? The Massachusetts Universal Health Care Act requires all graduate students registered for 6.75 credit hours or more to carry accident and sickness insurance. Student Health Services also requires a Health Form to be on file in our office no later than July 15, 2010 for the fall semester. Failure to do so will result in an inability to move into on-campus housing or removal from classes. For specific information on what is required of incoming students, please visit the Student Health Services website. All required health services forms are available here as well. Any questions regarding health forms, health insurance, or required immunizations should be directed to Cynthia Cunha at (781) 891-2222 or ccunha@bentley.edu. ? Also available is a Voluntary Massachusetts Deltacare Dental Plan. This plan is offered by Delta Dental through University Health Plans, Inc. Benefit highlights include diagnostic/preventative services, major and minor restorative services, endodontic services, periodontal services, oral surgery, and orthodontic services. For detailed information about the plan, including benefit highlights, enrollment deadlines, and associated costs, please visit the Massachusetts Deltacare Dental Plan page of the University Health Plan’s website. For specific questions regarding any health-related or immunization questions or issues, please contact the Student Health Services Office at (781) 891-2222. Bentley offers graduate students housing at our North Campus facility. If you are interested in on-campus living, please visit the Graduate Housing website. To download and print the graduate housing application, click here. For specific housing questions, or more information on other local housing options, please contact The Residential Center at (781) 891-2148 or by email at housing@bentley.edu. One of the best ways for students to mingle and meet professionals in their field is by joining one of Bentley’s student-run graduate organizations. For more information regarding these organizations, as well as other points of interest, please visit the Graduate Student Organizations web page. Once again, welcome to the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best Regards, McCallum Graduate School Admission Office www.bentley.edu/graduate/
