Columbia vs Cornell

Hey guys...need to consult....
Just got the offer from Cornell, which I totally didn't expected, so I have some serious choice to make, and Cornell requires me to decide in two weeks...
Some pros and cons I think about the two programs, please kindly correct me if I'm wrong:
Columbia: NYC location, Big Brand Name in China, 1 yr might be too short for career purpose.
Cornell: Sounder ciriculum, 2 yr with intern, small program, strong name and network in US, location sucks to me though...
So, sincerely, are there any ppl reading at these two programs can give me some hints?

Hey Huhuobobo, it depends a little bit on if you have a US Greencard? Do you plan to stay in US or return to China?

Thanks Equn. I don't have greencard, and I don't have plan on where to work yet. Actually, I would prefer to work in US for a few years after graduation, but I don't mind coming back to China right after graudation if the opportunity is good. So I think I will figure that out after coming to US and see the situation.

If I were you I would choose Cornell MBA.
I remember that girl from Columbia MSRE saying that although both are Masters degree, some employers only want MBAs (e.g. ibanks only hire MBA for associate positions, according to her)

But my Cornell offer is also MSRE, it's broader than Columbia MSRED but takes 2 yrs.
