Manhattan SC Review里是说，有个SANAM原则，就是some, any, none, all, most, 由of后面的词决定谓语的单复数形式。。

但是PREP语法笔记在这道题的解释里说到：

题目释义：Not one of n.s is expected to do sth. until a MA is signed that includesa provision for penalties if the deal were not to be concluded.
考点：主谓一致（agreement） 习惯用语（idiom）
1. one of the+名词复数，谓语用单数；Not one of =none of。
那我觉得这个不就是和Manhattan的SC里冲突了吗。。因为这题后面investors是复数啊。。虽然这道题我是对的，但是看解释以后觉得有疑惑就是，not one of可以等于none of吗？？？ |
