11月6日至7日，在中欧国际工商学院职业发展中心及投资俱乐部的组织下，18名中欧MBA学生前往北京，拜访了中金、宜信、鼎晖、中国文化产业投资基金、京东以及IDG等六家知名公司，进行了一场丰富的职业探索之旅。 On November 6th to 7th,18 CEIBS MBA students went to Beijing career trek, which was organized byCareer Development Center and Investment Club. We visited six famous companiesduring the whole career exploration journey: CICC, CreditEase, CDH, China CultureIndustrial Investment Fund, Jing Dong and IDG. 此次拜访的六家公司，皆是国内金融投资领域的明星公司。 These six companies we visited are all leading companies in financeand investment industries in China. 在中金，来自企业融资咨询部门的董事总经理陈冰向同学们介绍了中金在中小企业投资银行业务方面的计划。他表示，中小企业将充分享受到新一届政府管理下的中国经济红利，是中金未来十年不可错失的机会，也欢迎MBA的同学加入这一内部创业的事业中来。 Mr. Chen Bing, managing director of EA(enterprise financing and advisory) department of CICC introduced to us thedevelopment plan of investment banking business for SMEs. He believed that SMEswill benefit from the economic trends brought by the new government in nextdecade, and welcomed MBA students to participate in this new business sectorwhich is more like internal entrepreneurship.
言及金融创新，当下最火热的概念之一便是P2P，而此次MBA同学拜访的宜信便是是国内P2P行业的龙头。宜信投资理财部总裁助理李清皓为大家详细介绍了宜信的发展历程、业务线及核心竞争力，并对同学们感兴趣的P2P风控环节进行了生动详细的介绍。来自投资理财部的营业部经理王维仁，则着重介绍了继P2P之后，宜信在整个财富管理行业的发展。据王维仁介绍，虽然起步于P2P，但是宜信财富的目标，是成为一个综合的财富管理公司，目前，宜信财富的三成销售额，来自于非P2P的其他自主研发产品。 In terms of finance innovation, the mostpopular topic is definitely P2P. The company we visited this time, CreditEase,is the leader in domestic P2P industry. Mr. Li Qinghao, assistant to generalmanager, introduced development paths of CreditEase, business lines as well ascore competences. He also talked about the risk control processes of CreditEasefor P2P business. After that, Mr. Wang Weiren, manager of wealth managementdepartment, presented to us CreditEase’s development in wealth managementindustry. According to Mr. Wang, CreditEase targeted at being a comprehensivewealth management company, although it began from P2P as initial business.Currently, 30% of CreditEase’s sales come from non-P2P products.
在京东金融，2014级中欧MBA校友，京东金融战略研究部总监周剑远不仅给同学们介绍了京东金融在众筹、P2P等行业发展的情况，对互联网行业的话题进行了深入的交流，还给大家分享了自己校园生活的经验。 In Jing Dong Finance, Mr. Zhou Jianyuan,CEIBS MBA 2014 alumni and strategic research department director, shared JD Finance’sdevelopment in crowd funding and P2P. He led some Internet related topics intodeep discussion. Apart from these, he also shared his campus life experiencewith students.
作为此次职业探索之旅的重头戏，同学们还集中拜访了在风险投资和私募股权投资领域的翘楚——鼎晖、中国文化产业基金、IDG。 As the foremost events of this career trek,we visited three tycoon companies in VC and PE industry: CDH, China CultureIndustrial Investment Fund and IDG. 鼎晖投资VC业务合伙人陈文江女士是中欧MBA98级校友。作为VC行业的先行者，陈文江女士经历了VC行业在中国资本市场发展的整个过程，在此次交流中，她也给同学们分享了自己做VC投资的心得。 At CDH, we met with CEIBS MBA 98 alumni, Ms.Chen Wenjiang, who is partner of VC business. Ms. Chen has witnessed VCindustry’s development stages in China. She shared her own insights with us onVC investment.
在中国文化产业投资基金，研究部主管钟文明，以及2014级校友、投资经理张汐璿给大家介绍了文化产业基金的发展历程、业务模块和投资理念。钟文明先生还分享了对中国文化产业的看法，解答了同学们对文化产业发展方向的疑惑，并对想要加入投资行业的同学给出了具体的建议。 At China Culture IndustrialInvestment Fund, Mr. Zhong Wenming, research head, and Ms. Zhang Xixuan,investment manager and MBA 2014 alumni, shared company’s development process,business lines and investment philosophy with us.Mr. Zhong shared his view on China culture industry and future directions; healso provided his detailed suggestions to students who want to enter into VC/PEindustries
IDG董事、中欧MBA2009级校友朱思行不仅给同学们介绍了风险投资的经验，风险投资作为职业选择体会，更是分享了自己从通信行业转型到VC投资人的经历及心得，对同学们关于职业上的疑问一一细心解答。 At IDG, Mr. Zhu Sixing, MBA 2009 alumni, IDGprincipal, shared his experience in VC investment and career choice. Moreover,he shared his experience of transferring from telecommunication industry to VCindustry, also his views on VC investment and entrepreneurship. 此次职业探索之旅，不仅通过深入的业务交流，加深了同学们对投资、金融行业的理解，也是一次展示中欧同学职业素养的机会。此次拜访的公司，都表示欢迎中欧毕业生积极申请，加入合适的岗位，对于2016级的同学，也开放了部分实习机会。 This career trek not only provided chance tocommunicate with industry insiders, but also deepened our understanding ofinvestment industries. We believe this is also a good opportunity to show theprofessional image of CEIBS MBA students. Companies we visited this time allwelcomed the application from CEIBS graduates on suitable jobs.
