关于推荐人官方邮箱地址的问题，急

各位前辈求指导,我在网申系统中添加推荐人邮箱地址,有好几个学校明确写:
The email address of the referee's must be official email address at the insitution with which he/she is affiliated.
为此，我还特地发新问了columbia,他家历来回信很快。赞一个工作态度。
回信如下：from Renee Schwarz
We require official email addresses. If your recommender does not have one, the letter should be submitted on official letterhead accompanied by the cover sheet which is accessible in the "Downloadable Forms" section of the application..
可是我有一个实习推荐是中国银行的，他家官方邮箱系统是基于Note 的内网邮箱，基本与外界物理隔离了，办公室都分内网、外网的两套计算机。
主管用的的外网的私人邮箱，我又不想寄推荐信因为成绩单都寄出去了，在寄一次又浪费钱又延缓申请，请问各位牛人有什么解决办法吗？

请问各位大虾,学校虽然说用官方邮箱,像hotmail,yahoo.这类的一定不行吗？

同问，我的老师用的是私人邮箱，雅虎的，不行吗？
