stanford的一篇essay, career aspiration，这里的aspiration,是不是理解为终极目标？还是和goal作同样的理解？

But here you will also want to talk just a bit about WHY you want to do it. So you want to do more than “Build apartment buildings.” Your aspiration would be to “Build apartment buildings, helping working families in Shanghai be able to afford decent housing.” Slight, subtle difference.
