答案到底是C还是E啊？两个讨论帖一个是C一个是E。

我个人比较倾向于C，觉得E中的bought it中的it指代有问题，感觉it指代LP，但是翻译过来看就是“US买了LP”，这LP中心词应该是Purchase吧

而且acquiring和bought是不是有重复的嫌疑？

其实我第一感觉是D的....然后仔细一看结构，好恐怖......

E中it指代错误，后面的its和前面的it指代不同的对象。So C is correct.
