I am a third year doctoral student at Case. I am looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Little Italy for the next coming lease year. The room is available NOW. You can move in anytime. Here is some info about the house.
It is located at 1949 Coltman Rd, in Little Italy, near the campus, 10 mins walk to School of Medicine, Weatherhead School of Management and Law School. Two minutes walk to the E 120th RTA Red Line rapid station. It is one of the four apartments in a detached house, on the first floor.
Current housing rent for the apartment is $550, including water. I will pay half of the rent which is $275, and you pay the other half. We pay the electricity, gas, and internet by ourselves. We have washing machine and dryer at the basement at the cost of $1 for one-time use. And $10 street parking fee for each year.
Your room is about 10.7 square meters. And there are two closets in this apartment. We can share the big one for storage and you can own the small one by yourself.
So, I am looking for an easygoing communicable graduate student who might consider to move in and to sign the next lease year (term negotiable: To July 2011~ Aug 2011 all OK ). Feel free to contact me at 216-543-2331 if interested.
What's more, the room is newly decorated. So everything is new (carpet, windows, blind, cabinet, bathtub, basin, toilet and so on.) I can provide and share the microwave, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum with you. |
