选D吧，do not 后面根据题意不应该再跟nothing或者and，所以排除ACE，至于B中的that没有先行词，所以选D正确

是不是说否定句中不用and用or？也不在加否定词？

如果否定句中有并列，一般都用or，当然也不能很绝对，要看具体情况。
并且也存在双重否定的情况，所以还是case-by-case problem。。。
