Just go to the university's website and look for faculty's CV and you will know. As far as I know, it is way more competitive to get in the top 3 universities in Hk than an okay school in US.

Then you probably want to check the faculty's research/publication records and where they graduated from to figure out. I think most of them are from top b-schools in the world. You may not believe it, but the top 3 univeristies in HK do pay almost the highest salaries in the world to their faculty (here I meant tenure track research faculty, not instructors though I am not sure about the tenure system in HK). This may be one of the factors that intensify the competition. This is NOT just for business, it holds true for other areas, such as computer science, EE, etc, as well.
