You have enough money to purchase either ahouse or a business. Which would you choose
to buy? Give specific reasons to explainyour choice.
There is always a hotquestion what will u buy if u win a prize in a lottery or u have enough money. The two hottest answers willbe buying a house or a business.And when come to only one of the two choices,different people have different choices. For my point ofviews, I would rather choose a house at current for the reasons below.
First of all, in thousands years history of human developing,owning a family is one of basic human’s demands. The base requirementof a family is a place to live, a house. And at present, house becomes one of the most necessary commoditiesin people's lives, and the very first property one wants to own. Owning a housewill not only bring happiness to one person, but also make one a strong emotion connectionwith the city where his house locates. Compare to renting a house, having one’s own house in the city, one will feel that he hasa home, an entire place belong to him. No matter how bad situation youmeet, there is always a warm place, a peaceful harbor for him.
Secondly, purchasinga house could be an investment. As the economy becomes much better whenwe have already went through the depression, and the increase demand for thehousing will last, the price of the house willno doubt go up to another high record. Purchasing a house turns to be a wise investment which will bring much profit to the buyer. Insteadof paying to others’ house, engaging others’ asset, buying a house will add theowner’s capital assets.
What is more, purchasing a house is a less risky and easier investment then buying a business. Running a business is muchcomplicated which requires the investor to know aboutthe business he want to invest, the knowledge of management, finance, etc. Andas the prospects of the business are unpredicted, buying a business maybring one nothing than a failure experience. However, the worst thing forpurchasing house is one has a house to live which is much better than thebankruptcy for the business.
In conclusion, purchasing a house is muchmore suitable for me than buying a business. Owninga house is the very first desire for me now and with the house of my own I will feel much moresecurity and contented. And purchasing a house is much easier to operatecompare of buying business.
