刚刚面完，发面经，攒rp

1.why mba?
I talk about my short term/long term/why Columbia

2. how do you fit in B-school?
I'm from engineering background; I talk about my personality, my operation, marketing exp..

3. Team work example?

4. Communication skills example?
I emphasized on it

5. what do you do outside of work?
I talk about toastmasters...one of my highlights

6. not really relevant questions :
why I chose my graduate school at u.s., do I like it?
my background (born, college, family members, in us/china)
how many times visit back to china

其他的记不得了，没有很难的问题，比如ethical， challenge，failure什么的。

面试官是一黑人IBanker，35左右，人很nice，lp是中国人。中间我们joke了一些杂七杂八的，比如columbia很多mba取中国lp，我graduate school的football，他也将了他的背景，IB经历，给了我一些发展的建议。

总共半个小时，估计他将了15分钟。我讲的不是很多，有些卖点提到了，不是很深入；不过他的风格好像是点到为止，不喜欢听太多的细节（希望我的预感正确，不然如果他觉得不impressive，就死翘翘了...)

希望有戏吧。

same here with my chicago interview...
he was nice and the chat was generally pleasant.. but sometimes i wished he had challenged me and pushed me more..
